1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using Libpuwertus services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Service Description

Libpuwertus provides high-performance auto service including engine diagnostics, performance tuning, and roadworthiness testing in Malaysia. Services are provided on an as-is basis.

3. Customer Responsibilities

• Provide accurate vehicle information and documentation
• Authorize all diagnostic work before proceeding
• Pay invoices within 30 days of service completion
• Comply with all applicable Malaysian traffic laws

4. Limitation of Liability

Libpuwertus is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from service use. Our liability is limited to the service fee paid.

5. Data Protection

We comply with GDPR and Malaysian data protection standards. Vehicle data collected during diagnostics is used solely for service purposes and kept confidential. See our Privacy Policy for details.

6. Warranty & Disclaimers

Services carry a 30-day warranty for parts and labor. We do not warrant results from external factors. Performance tuning results depend on vehicle condition and maintenance.

7. Termination

Libpuwertus reserves the right to decline or terminate service to any customer violating these terms.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by Malaysian law and subject to jurisdiction in Kuala Lumpur.
